Since I wasn't local to the area (I'm from Miami), I had so Ferman BMW made purchasing the CPO 2016 M4...my "Dream Car" such a pleasurable experience. Since I wasn't local to the area (I'm from Miami), I had some concern that I might find something about the car not quite as described. Aside from the normal courtesies that you expect at a luxury car dealership, I was blown away by the staff’s efficiency and professionalism. We were in and out in under 3 hours (and one of those hours was taken up by my contemplating if I really wanted the car). There was never a pressure move or haggling.
