Every other dealership was very difficult to deal with in Florida. This dealership was the only dealership that I contacted that was upfront and honest with their pricing and financing. Regina was awesome and attentive when I first made contact. I can’t say enough positive things about Alexis DeFreitas. She was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Her customer service and sales skills are professional. She was very informative, answered all of my questions, and worked with me to get me the best deal on my new BMW. She followed up with my before, during, and after the sales process. There was no tricks at this dealership, everyone that I spoke to was upfront and honest with the whole process. I was impressed with every department that we dealt with during my visit to pick up my new vehicle, including the finance department. Erin in finance was great to deal with and covered everything, she was very patient and took time to explain all details of the warranties, as well as things for us to consider down the road with regards to warranty options. The GSM, Shane introduced himself and we appreciate him working with Alexis to get the best possible deal. Overall, this is the best experience that I ever had on purchasing a new vehicle, and it was worth the 2 hour drive!
