We took it for a test drive and they quickly assessed my vehicle for a trade in. We quickly came to an agreement on a price and we were out of there within the hour. Toby was great in showing us the options and how they work before we left. Overall a great experience and would recommend. Bottom line, they are not pushy and met our price point. More

Great service I have to split my review into two parts: the price negotiation and the service once the same was made. The service after the sale was made was gre I have to split my review into two parts: the price negotiation and the service once the same was made. The service after the sale was made was great. Everything you'd expect from a higher-end brand. The staff was courteous and enthusiastic about the product and went out of their way to show it. The sales/price negotiation piece was very off-putting, but not in any way that's unique to Ferman. It's just an outdated and broken business model that forces an adversarial process between dealers and buyers. The Tesla model is the future and it cheapens other brands long-term by forcing customers through such a distasteful process. More
