Disappointment I called three times and asked for a service advisor to call me back we had some questions I need a new tires I never got a callback finally I just ne I called three times and asked for a service advisor to call me back we had some questions I need a new tires I never got a callback finally I just need an appointment I had to replace one of my tires and check the other three needed to be replaced and I needed new brakes. Trying to ask questions so I decided to go to a different dealership about three tires explained I did not need brakes I need an alignment is a great person I was very very disappointed to have to ride by far there so sad. Kind if buying but not helpful after. It was well over $3000 but I was happy to pay the other store More

Good first experience Had to take my X3 M40i in for software update since CarPlay suddenly stopped working. They gave me a similar vehicle as a loaner for the day and let m Had to take my X3 M40i in for software update since CarPlay suddenly stopped working. They gave me a similar vehicle as a loaner for the day and let me keep it overnight when they had some issue with BMW’s system. The staff was great to interact with and kept me apprised of the status of the car. They noticed that an oil change was due in December and proactively performed it. The only negative was that they forgot to reset the service reminder for the oil change. More
