Karl and Steve went the extra mile with the purchase of and coordination of the car preparation and pick up. The M2 Competition is not an easy car to procure. Karl efforts to locate a car that fit all my requirements and have it delivered quickly was greatly appreciated. He was communicative in the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived in town late in the day for pick up and Steve stayed after hours to make sure the car was detailed and spotless And ready to go. He was fun to speak with on all subjects of BMWs, and he ensured that the pick up went smoothly and had prepped all the paperwork prior to my arrival so it got done quickly when I arrived. He was awesome to work with and you could see the care he put in to making the experience of picking up my new BMW a wonderful one. I spoke with Joe for the finance aspect and he was also wonderful to be all with and supplied all the information and pricing on all the features and programs I had questions regarding. All in all I had a great experience with this team. They love BMWs, love to learn and talk about them and enjoy selling them. And I am very very happy with my new M2C!! More

Emergency Care I was out of town visiting my daughter when the engine light came on. They were able to see me early the next day and fix the problem (I was leaving I was out of town visiting my daughter when the engine light came on. They were able to see me early the next day and fix the problem (I was leaving the following day). This dealership has always beenvery accomodating. I always seemto have a car issue when visiting Florida. Aprevious time there was a short in the car door handle which was draining the battery and causing computer issues. This required obtaining a spare part from New Jersey and agin there was a time constraint. They provided a loaner for a couple of days until they could get the part in. Again, they provided excellent service. More

The newer facilities are very nice as well. There seems to be a lot of attention to detail at Ferman from top to bottom which is not apparent at other BMW dealers local to Tampa Bay. I highly recommend Alex Wolf and Marcos Villas - both went above and beyond! Matt Cerro at MINI is awesome too. More

BMW IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE This was a scheduled appointment. Due to service and car detailing I was to get a loaner. The loaner car staff is ALWAYS RUDE 100% of the time. They either hate their jobs or they hate people - either way they are rude. I had two umbrellas in the car when I dropped the car off and zero umbrellas when I picked the car up. It took me several Days to notice they were gone. On a side note I have had this car 1 year 5 months and I have had no less than 34 issues with the tires. 34!!! More

I brought my mini in for routine work- oil change, wipers etc. and my extended warranty kicked in that I purchased when I purchased the vehicle new in 2015 which happened to be a good thing because I had something wrong with my sensor on my coolant system and it was a very expensive part and labor the only amount I had to pay was my deductible of $250 and Courtney who is Amazing! was my service consultant and explained everything to me so I had to leave my car there and they provided me with a Rental mini. As always they far exceeded my expectations ! More
