Unplanned Service Visit I originally purchased my BMW 328i XDrive at BMW of Mt. Laurel in Mt. Laurel, NJ and had it regularly serviced at Union Park BMW in Wilmington, DE. I originally purchased my BMW 328i XDrive at BMW of Mt. Laurel in Mt. Laurel, NJ and had it regularly serviced at Union Park BMW in Wilmington, DE. I recently relocated to the Tampa area and got caught driving on a street that flooded. My car malfunctioned so I contacted Ferman BMW where Sal Graziano was assigned as my Service Representative. Sal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while explaining the options to repair my car. Even though my situation was unexpected and unplanned, Sal’s professionalism made the experience as pleasant and thorough as possible. I will gladly return to Ferman BMW for any future service or sales needs. More

Superior Experience My husband and I went to Ferman to "look" at possibly purchasing a pre-owned BMW x1 or x2 as the lease term on my current vehicle was nearing the end. I had multiple correspondence with Phil and Steve looking for the right car, and even got to see this car, as well as another, in a video he shot for me before I even stepped on the lot. Between Phil Bennis, and David Soto, who facilitated me getting to experience the car in person and answer my questions in person, and Steve Venden, who sold both my mother and my brother excellent cars they love and introduced, my experience was amazing they literally gave me the best price I believe they could right off the bat for the car I got. Buying a Z4 at Ferman was easy And fun. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Steve was center for everything we did at Ferman and made buying our Z4 so much fun. All was good until the end. My 2003 X5 was in for the airbag recall which, it turned out, it didn't need. However, when I went out to my car, I noticed that the cover for one of My 2003 X5 was in for the airbag recall which, it turned out, it didn't need. However, when I went out to my car, I noticed that the cover for one of the headlight sprayers was missing. Someone went & looked in the car wash area, but could not find it. I requested that they order a new one since they apparently don't keep them in stock. To date, no one has called to let me know if the part has been ordered or when it is expected to arrive at the dealership. Please check on this and call to let me know when it is expected to arrive. -- Joan Taylor More
