Very poor customer service This began when I first got my mini. I special ordered at and when it can in it was missing several things that I had ordered. The agent lost my original order and had to redo it. They said I would have to sell the car, take a loss and reorder. I got stuck with someone else’s mistake. In several occasions I have called service and I always get send to a voicemail which 100% NEVER gets returned. This last incident I brought the car in as the electronics went out. There was a shuttle that could get to get a ride home but I missed it because I was talking to a salesman about possibly buying a new car. They ended up letting me take one home. I never heard from my service tech for well over 24 hours (left several messages) about the status of my car. Finally got hold of him and he did not have any info to share with me. The sales department let me keep the new car for another night. I still did not hear anything regarding my car and the was well into the third day. I brought back the new car and was going to speak to the sales manager about buying it. But he was rushing out the door and was obviously agitated and said he didn’t have time and left. I was left standing there with the keys not knowing what to do so I just gave them to the service agent. He said there were no shuttles anymore as they didn’t have drivers and the corporate Uber account had been suspended. ( suspended? Are you guys having financial difficulty?) there were also no loaners. So I Ubered home. When I did get my car back the interior had big black grease marks in the doors and the back seat.... white leather. There was someone there that came out and cleaned it up. This fiasco ended up taking over two weeks, one car rental and little to no communication from Ferman. I consider myself a good customer and I have recommended the the dealership ( not sure why) to 2 friends who also bought cars there. I LOVE my car but will NEVER buy one there again and I most certainly won’t recommend Ferman to anyone. I rarely complain about stuff as I realize that things happen. But this has been a bad situation from the get go. If in the very least the dealership should concentrate on proving better customer service. Calling to keep customers informed is the very least you can do More
World Class Experience @ Ferman BMW 540i I’ve purchased many BMW’s over the years from another local dealer but we just weren’t getting the time and attention we had hoped for - not to menti I’ve purchased many BMW’s over the years from another local dealer but we just weren’t getting the time and attention we had hoped for - not to mention they didn’t have a wide selection of cars we were interested in so we decided to make a change. I went on line to Ferman and found exactly what I was looking for in a matter of seconds! I called and spoke with Heather who took some information from me and let me know someone would get back with me right away. A few minutes passed by and I received a call from Robert. He was friendly, knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to ensure he knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of car features and payment options. I have to say when he quoted the price I knew my search was over - best price quoted by far and I didn’t even have to negotiate. I was leaving to go out of town so Robert arranged to have all the paperwork completed in advance of my arrival to the dealership. When I got there everything was ready for me! The Ferman team had the car prepped and the paperwork ready to sign. I thought for sure I might encounter a hidden fee they hadn’t made me aware of but I was wrong - it was so nice to experience a sales team with integrity. Robert made everything easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Robert and the Ferman team! More

The chairs are actually comfortable, they offer complimentary snack/ drinks. You can also use a loaner or take the shuttle if need be. They also wash and vacuum your car which is probably my favourite part. More

We're absolutely in love with the Mini Brand and they continue to amaze us and our 2020 is brilliant! Having made a major move here two years ago, and with 2 kids starting college, we discovered our first Mini.
