See below. I called back to service and said I was having problems with my driver side lock after I got the car back. The lock was fine before I took it to serv I called back to service and said I was having problems with my driver side lock after I got the car back. The lock was fine before I took it to service and when I got it back it was working intermittently. I called service and spoke with a manager? who stated that that was not their fault and it was a coincidence. I told him it was working on and off so I waited about 1-2 weeks to see if it would improve. The day I called it was not working at all. The manager said we were just going in circles and would not take responsibility. When I said that I would never buy a car there again, he said something to the effect "ok. that's your choice" He didn't seem to care. Ironically, the lock started working fine a couple of days later. BTW, my bill was about $1300 More

Professional and courteous Ferman MINI was easy to deal with, professional and courteous. The vehicle I wanted to drive was waiting for me when I arrived and the Sales Associate Ferman MINI was easy to deal with, professional and courteous. They couldn’t get it within my budget so I left to go test drive a similar vehicle at another dealership. The Sales Manager called to make another offer and we were able to come to a deal. Paperwork went pretty quick and the Finance Dept was efficient. Overall, I found the process far less painful than previous car purchases and I am happy with My purchase. More

Very poor customer service This began when I first got my mini. I special ordered at and when it can in it was missing several things that I had ordered. The agent lost my origi This began when I first got my mini. I special ordered at and when it can in it was missing several things that I had ordered. The agent lost my original order and had to redo it. They said I would have to sell the car, take a loss and reorder. I got stuck with someone else’s mistake. In several occasions I have called service and I always get send to a voicemail which 100% NEVER gets returned. This last incident I brought the car in as the electronics went out. There was a shuttle that could get to get a ride home but I missed it because I was talking to a salesman about possibly buying a new car. They ended up letting me take one home. I never heard from my service tech for well over 24 hours (left several messages) about the status of my car. Finally got hold of him and he did not have any info to share with me. The sales department let me keep the new car for another night. I still did not hear anything regarding my car and the was well into the third day. I brought back the new car and was going to speak to the sales manager about buying it. But he was rushing out the door and was obviously agitated and said he didn’t have time and left. I was left standing there with the keys not knowing what to do so I just gave them to the service agent. He said there were no shuttles anymore as they didn’t have drivers and the corporate Uber account had been suspended. ( suspended? Are you guys having financial difficulty?) there were also no loaners. So I Ubered home. When I did get my car back the interior had big black grease marks in the doors and the back seat.... white leather. There was someone there that came out and cleaned it up. This fiasco ended up taking over two weeks, one car rental and little to no communication from Ferman. I consider myself a good customer and I have recommended the the dealership ( not sure why) to 2 friends who also bought cars there. I LOVE my car but will NEVER buy one there again and I most certainly won’t recommend Ferman to anyone. I rarely complain about stuff as I realize that things happen. But this has been a bad situation from the get go. If in the very least the dealership should concentrate on proving better customer service. Calling to keep customers informed is the very least you can do More
