great advisor ...but car was not completely checked over.. sal my adviser was professional in every way.....I was not impressed at all in that my car was just barely washed...thru a machine ....inside was not sal my adviser was professional in every way.....I was not impressed at all in that my car was just barely washed...thru a machine ....inside was not really cleared well.....I asked to check all and that was not done as some lights still do not work... I did not tell the advisor that but I was assured that the car would be gone over completely....for over 8 grand I expected that to be done.....but I can not say enough about sal.....exceptional service advisor....I go to a car wash here in tarpon and they do a much better job that what I got at Ferman... Was not super satisfied with that experience and would have rated it a two/five. This time things were smooth and the servicing was done quickly without a lot of pressure.
