Absolutely the worst dealership. They are the most shady, unprofessional, people I have ever met. As I tried to purchase a vehicle, I told them my budget multiple times. They proceeded to find and deliver a vehicle to their dealership convincing me it was the perfect one. Everything I wanted and in my price budget. However it took them days to give me legit numbers on the car, which was way over my budget. Come to find out they had tacked on $1500-2000 additional fees that I had already told them I did not want. But they tried to charge me them anyway under my nose. It took me 3 days to have them make the proper changes and I was told by the financial manager that he would make some changes as far as price to meet my requirements and budget. However he did not do that, he just removed the additional “fees” that I already told them I did not want. 3 days later I tell them I’ll take the car as I’ve been working with my sales person. Told them I would be there that night 4 hours before they closed to sign all the papers. Sales lady told me she could possibly have it delivered that night if not by morning. I didn’t hear anything from anyone until 1pm the next day to find out they sold the vehicle the night before and made a deal with another dealership to pick it up. Most shady business I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t buy ANYTHING from this dealership if my life depended on it. More
Dave does a great job. Communication is fast and efficient. The Tahoe that we purchased was coming in to the Highland Dealership and Dave sent someone down the same day and got it. We have been taking 2015 Equinox to Feldman dealership for service This is where vehicle was purchased. The air conditioning unit would shut or power down with hard left turns for the last year. Kept listing that as a problem when car was serviced since August 2019. Was continually told that mechanic could find nothing wrong with it. Finally my air conditioner stopped working all together and was told I needed a new blower motor and paid $582.22 to replace it. Left the dealership after repairs and experienced same problem that day. Husband called to report problem. Was told if air was blowing cold air then not an emergency and couldn't schedule for a few weeks so a loaner car could be provided. Then the motor starting making a grinding noise on turn. Just got a call from dealership and Service agent stated, "that a spider had built a nest in drain tube and that the new blower motor would have died if they hadn't found it and probably caused first blower to die Took out almost a half of gallon of water". I said well problem with that is I have been complaining about this issue for one year and was told nothing was wrong. I should not have to pay for the new blower motor. Spider?? Don't believe anything I'm told at this point. Over one year to solve issue at our expense. RUN!!! More

Was promised gift cards for my time, mileage and inconvenience, I have yet to receive them. This was prior to them closing, was told to expect them in a "couple days". I had adjusted this review for them, do to the fact that they appeared to be "trying". Appears to have blocked me from posting any updates with Google and FB. *****UPDATE***** I received a call this morning from management and they have expressed deep concern and will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to avoid this happening to anyone else in the future. I did feel like that Feldman deserved an extra 2 *'s for ensuring me that they undestand and will strive to excel in their customer service. Than you!!!! I was beyond disappointed when I arrived! I was assisted by H____r and D___d from used cars both sincerely apologized for A__x. The used XTERRA I drove 1 1/2 hours to see would NOT start (even with jumper cables), there is complete rust thru on both rockers and was informed that there is an issue with the 4WD!!!!! I wasted my time, miles and gas! After I brought to the attention of reception what had happened, C___y approached me and said not to worry he'd help. They brought around a Silverado that was recently traded in, this was in even worse shape with rust, the rockers were completely rusted thru, duct tape holding in back light! So as to say I'm beyond disappointed is an understatement, I specifically asked you about the vehicle issues when we spoke. Mechanically I was told, "It's fine they look over them... There is no rust thru, just the front bumper has surface rust." Please next time a potential customer calls to ask about a vehicle, contact the department to verify info prior to informing the potential customer. I was told that by both D___d and C___y they'd let you know what transpired, another misstep. One more note, maybe change your "As-Is" name to "Clunkers". I have still not heard back from Feldman management as of this post...Will update if...STAY AWAY!!! Sincerely, Mr. Ed More
