Camron was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and seems to have been done right. Communication was excellent. The cost of going to a dealer was astronomical. It almost broke me. There was n quick and seems to have been done right. Communication was excellent. The cost of going to a dealer was astronomical. It almost broke me. There was no help in trying to cut corners. They made it sound like I would die if I didn't get it fixed right there, right then. It runs fine now. More

This dealership is normally very timely when providing service and always friendly to deal with. They give reminders for service, sometimes too many and always follow up afterwards. service and always friendly to deal with. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was friendly. The estimated waiting time was approximately accurate. staff made suggestions on future services, but were not pushy. friendly. ***TL;DR: We do not recommend Feldman. Too much dishonesty, in our opinion.*** We bought a Trailblazer from Feldman Chevrolet Of Lansing. We are detailing our experience in this review. Please read dishonesty, in our opinion.*** We bought a Trailblazer from Feldman Chevrolet Of Lansing. We are detailing our experience in this review. Please read the whole review. Overall, based on our experience, we recommend avoiding this dealer. We are actively in the market for yet another car, and we will not be buying that second car from Feldman Chevrolet or other Feldman dealerships. First, they offered us $2,287 LESS for our trade-in than what Carvana offered us. Unfortunately, we did not know about the Carvana offer at the time, so we agreed to do the trade-in with Feldman. We should have checked Carvana before going to the dealership, not after we already completed the purchase! (Pro tip: never trust Kelly Blue Book or a dealer; first check what Carvana or similar companies are offering you.) The kicker? The manager had the gall to patronize us by informing us that “Feldman took a loss” on the deal and telling us that our trade-in was actually worth $3,000 less than what Feldman gave us for it. Second, during purchase, we mentioned multiple times we wanted push to start. The LS trim we were interested in (and eventually purchased) did not come with push to start. Before agreeing to purchase, we asked if it were possible to get push to start installed after purchase and were told that their service department would be able to install it for “a couple hundred bucks”. We did not receive an exact quote for the work on the day of purchase because the service guys were closed. When we came back the next day (the day after purchase), we again inquired about getting push to start installed. We were told that it would cost $350 for push to start. We agreed. The next day (so, two days after purchase), the manager tells us that it is not possible to get push to start installed on the LS trim and the quote the salesperson gave us was for installing remote start. Then the manager says that we – the customer – should have known that it is not possible to add push to start after purchase and proceeds to blame us for not purchasing the LT trim (a different trim that had the feature). Apparently, Feldman expects the customer to possess complete knowledge about Feldman vehicles and customers should not trust the information told to them by Feldman during purchase? We made a decision to purchase the LS trim based on the facts presented to us by Feldman – we were told that push to start would be added to the LS trim after purchase. Had we been informed that it could not be added, we may have opted for the LT trim instead. Or we may have decided to not purchase a Trailblazer at all. Finally, the brand new Trailblazer had visible scratches on it. We had to come back next day to get it taken care of. They seem to have taken care of the outside. We do not think anyone paid attention on the inside, specifically the back right passenger door. The scratches are not major – but a brand new car should have zero scratches, in our opinion. We do NOT recommend Feldman. More
