My original sales appointment in Sept was all messed up. I went thru an outside appointment setter and then when I got there they couldn’t find my appointment. It wasn’t very assuring. Besides that, all the salesmen were worried about the MSU game starting at 8:00 and I felt rushed into my sale decision. I do like my new truck but it was never cleaned or detailed for me the next day when I picked it up. I had to pay for a $125 detail job with SpotLes to make it look better than when I drove it home. Mark Callahan was especially helpful to me when I brought my car in for repair service. Although I had made my appointment online the previous week, there was a miscommunication regarding my needing a loane my car in for repair service. Although I had made my appointment online the previous week, there was a miscommunication regarding my needing a loaner car due to two scheduled medical appointments. There were no loaner cars available on Monday. Mark then spoke with a manager at Feldman and arranged for me to have a new "Spark" as a loaner vehicle. I also needed to add collision to my car insurance to cover the "Spark", and Mark dialed my insurance company for me, and arranged for them to email him a copy of my amended insurance policy. On Tuesday, Mark called to advise me that due to the repair of my steering column, I would also need a wheel alignment, and quoted me the price. I also told him that I had not had an oil change during the Covid lockdown, as my car was in the garage other then driving 1000 miles during that entire 14 month time. Mark recommended that I get an oil change and tire rotation, which were done. Mark called me when all the repairs were finished, let me know of the final cost, and told me where to park when I returned to the dealership. I am an 80 year old woman, who truly appreciated Marks attention to detail and his polite and considerate manner. More
