I recently purchased a new Ford F150 XLT, from Feduke 3/10/2014 Ford Motor Co. I am writing this email, to compliment a dealer in your network. I recently purchased a new Ford F150 XLT, from Feduke Ford in Vestal, NY. The experience started with an Email contact with the Feduke Ford internet contact requesting information on a used Ford F150 that they had available. I received a response very soon after sending the request, and then a follow up call from Garrett Feduke, to further discuss the truck and answer any questions. Garrett set up an appointment to meet and look at the truck, and I went into meet Garrett and look at the truck. It turned out that the truck was not what I was looking for but close. Garret went out of his way to find a truck that was a fit for me. It turned out that we were able to better meet my needs with a new truck. He and I both searched the available 2013 F150s in the area and found a truck that was what I was looking for. Garrett, the Finance manager Matt Ludwig, and the Sales Manager Stetson Weingartnier, worked together to meet my financing needs and the other requests I wanted. It was a pleasant experience, I loved the truck, and we proceeded with the sale. After picking up the truck and driving it for a bit, I found some items and issues that needed to be addressed, and I was directed to the service department. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning and I met with Dave Palmetier in the service dept., which took the truck in and had a mechanic begin the process. There a part that needed to be ordered, so a second appointment was set to bring the truck in and leave it for the day. I received a call from the service manager Warren Weeks following up on the Saturday visit and confirmed the Tuesday appointment. I dropped the truck off on Monday Night and was given a loaner to use during the service period. On Tuesday the truck was handled by Dave Quinn and his team. I picked the truck up Tuesday night, and all was well. I want to thank the above individuals for a very pleasant experience. They were all professional, personable, courteous, and went out of their way to keep me a happy customer. My hats off to Feduke Ford and its team, for a job very well done. I look forward to dealing with them, and will send any business I can to them. Thank you GC-S More
The service and staff are excellent. The professional service, that the maintenance department provides for my Fusion, is good enough for my humble service needs. It was very kind of their service writer, whose name I cannot remember, to reset the my-key feature, back to the original admin key for no charge. I would recommend any of my friends that drive Fords, to bring them to Feduke for service. More
I have taken my 2003 Focus to 2 or 3 local shops to repair an annoying, obvious and consistent engine miss. I was getting frustrated with the fact that no one could figure out what was wrong. I decided to try the Ford dealership thinking they were more familiar with this engine and maybe had seen this problem before. They charged me their 80 dollar diagnostic fee, couldn't find anything wrong so they just started guessing. They gave it back to me all fixed. Less than a half mile away it started missing again. I don't think they test drove it more than driving it around the parking lot. The Service manager said as much. It is almost like nobody knows how to diagnose a problem anymore, these guys don't. That's for sure. If the computer doesn't tell them what is wrong it is just a big guess. With your money I might add. I will always buy Fords. But never from these guys and they will never work on another car of mine... More
Working with the sales person was ok. The Sales manager (Stensen) was horrible, insulting really with lowball trade. I was offered more from three other dealerships on my 2012 trade in (without negotating) and he didn't care and would not budge. This will be the last time I buy from them. Then on top of that they had a "hard" time getting the vehicle I wanted even thought their computer said it was available, so they went and tacked on an extra $100 to aid them because the dealer they were getting it from wouldnt do a dealer trade. Luckaly the incetives I was getting made it worth it college student and cash incentives. More
I bought a pre-owned 2009 vehicle from Feduke. They sold me on the car’s “reliability” and great warranty. Within a month of owning the vehicle I had to bring it to their service shop twice. It has been me on the car’s “reliability” and great warranty. Within a month of owning the vehicle I had to bring it to their service shop twice. It has been an uphill battle since. They keep coming up with quick “fixes” just to get my car out of the shop only for it to break down again. I've always taken good care of my cars and put very few miles on it. They have yet to repair a reoccurring issue and the service team is the worst to work with in the area. They are rude and incompetent when it comes to fixing vehicles. Now that the “warranty” period is over I’ll be taking my car elsewhere. What happened to customer service? More
The worst experience you will ever have customer service wise. You will be completely blown off with every question or concern you have. You will be given a run around about how much they care and wha wise. You will be completely blown off with every question or concern you have. We took our van in for recall repairs and got it back with a half dozen problems that were not there before. Feduke refuses to investigate the problems unless we fork over tons of cash but these problems with a half dozen problems that were not there before. From my very first visit, I was impressed with how I was treated. They seemed genuinely interested in satisfying my needs and concerns and took the time I needed to answer all my questions and make me feel treated.
