Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on bac failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Take your vehicle to another dealership!! More

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years so I know truly how mismanaged this business is. There service and auto body shop lack basic communication and customer service skills. I brought my car in three times over the past two months for the same issue a parasitic battery draw and each time they found a way to charge me more money for a service/ parts I did not need and the car still won't start. Each time I go into their office they don't listen to me and my concerns about the car and it is a struggle to get them to explain how they supposedly fixed the problem. Never again will I go back to a Ford dealership or ever buy a Ford again. And this is coming from a guy who grew up in a family that only bought Fords. More

The worst of the worst I had my F150 there 3 times once just for detailing that wasn’t good, the other 2 times a nightmare they never did any of the work that was needed said they couldn’t get the part so just for detailing that wasn’t good, the other 2 times a nightmare they never did any of the work that was needed said they couldn’t get the part so made another appointment I got a rental for 8 days than they call and say on the 8 th day that due to unforeseen circumstances that they were unable to work on the truck are you kidding me I paid over 600 dollars for the rental and nothing was done or attempted to be done on my truck customer service is terrible so Gail tells me that they can put the parts in my truck and I can have them put on somewhere else after telling me they couldn’t get the parts and that’s why they didn’t work on my truck absolutely horrible I will never go here again I will let everyone know about this business I am still beyond upset............. Instead, insisting nothing was wrong, they cleared it for the recall inspection and now it will cost thousands to get it fixed somewhere else!! Do not ever go here, it’s the worst place you could ever possibly go unless you want to end up paying thousands extra and get treated like crap. They do NOT care about you or your vehicle!!!! As a car enthusiast and one that has owned now 55 vehicles in their lifetime, I have come to expect the very best when it comes to the car buying proc As a car enthusiast and one that has owned now 55 vehicles in their lifetime, I have come to expect the very best when it comes to the car buying process. I honestly have to admit that in today's world, 80% of dealerships fall flat on their faces when it comes to supplying the customer with a satisfactory vehicle buying experience. I had been in the market for a Lincoln MKS for 6 months and had several dealerships not only drop the ball and lose my business, but actually come across very insulting and literally force me to look elsewhere due to their shady business practices and horrendous management and dealer ownership. Then I accidentally stumbled upon Feduke Lincoln in NY. Even though they were several hours away from my home in PA, I pulled them up through vehicle searches and they had an MKS that I wanted. Upon contacting them through the online sales via email, I immediately was contacted by Garrett Feduke and I have to admit, he was extremely professional from A to Z. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what most salesman do nowadays to earn my business and respect. You can imagine how many dealerships and sales people I have dealt with over the years in having purchased 55 vehicles. You must remember that those were just the purchases, and does not include all the failed attempts at purchasing. Thus, I have literally dealt with probably 500 plus sales people and dealership owners in my lifetime. So to say that Garrett Feduke is one of the top 10 sales people I have ever dealt with in my life is giving him and Feduke Lincoln extreme praise. But trust me, they deserve it! From that first email response to the last phone call AFTER my purchase was complete,and I was back home and completely enjoying my MKS, Garrett Feduke and Feduke Lincoln proved time and time again that they are top notch professionals that actually care about making a sale, wanting feedback after the sale, and treating customers with the highest amount of respect and understanding in what the customer is literally looking for and wanting in their vehicle purchase. When I went to pick up my MKS and sign all the final papers, EVERY single person I met at the dealership acted friendly, courteous, and caring. From the file clerk to the finance and service managers, they were all top notch individuals. If you want to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that does care about what you want and is willing to take the time to do what they have to do to earn your business, they by all means you should at least consider Feduke Lincoln and Feduke Ford. Especially if they have a vehicle you are interested in, you really should give them a chance to see what they can do for you. I did, and not only am I a proud owner of a Lincoln MKS, but Feduke has earned my future business as well simply because Garrett and the entire staff at Feduke Lincoln did everything they had to do to put me behind the wheel of the car I truly wanted.
