Volvo service at Sussman I had an overall very good experience with the staff. We talked everything though and didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The only negative I can say is about Volvo itself. They choose not to include a spare or doughnut tire into the S60. To get one through Volvo would have cost over $600. More
