Best Volvo dealer around for both sales ans service. I am a Volvo owner from my local dealership. When it was time to buy another used car for the kids to drive I wanted a Volvo for safety etc. My local I am a Volvo owner from my local dealership. When it was time to buy another used car for the kids to drive I wanted a Volvo for safety etc. My local dealer kept steerin ? Me away from used and into new which didn't have several of the safety features I wanted for the same amount as a used one. I called Faulkner and explained my situation to Danielle McMullin the salesperson and we found the perfect used car on the lot and bought it the next day. The service was great and the service center took care of all my wishes for the detailing and replacement of a scratched gear knob at no cost. They also made sure to call me and check in to be sure we were satisfied. I will only use them from now on. More

Home run with Bryan Krantz at Faulkner Trevose Had my eye on this XC60 that I saw on Faulkner's website but live 2 hours away...didn't want to spend 4 hours in car to test drive, etc. Then thought, Had my eye on this XC60 that I saw on Faulkner's website but live 2 hours away...didn't want to spend 4 hours in car to test drive, etc. Then thought, 'could I really buy a car w/o a test drive?' That's just what I did. Bryan Krantz made it happen w/ ease. I had protections as I knew that it was a CPO and the excellent pictures on the website painted a nice picture. I had Bryan get me the 130 point CPO detail sheet. The carfax helped and so did the Volvo reputation. I have to say, the reviews on Dealerrating played a big part in the confidence I had to pull this off. If there had been any nonsense/xx incidents on any of the reviews I probably would have moved on. And there were no issues on BBB.org. I had test driven XC60s before, so I knew what we wanted. This car was a match and Bryan and I emailed negotiations and came to an agreed on price. We set a delivery time and I had a check waiting for him. Yes, you read that right. Bryan delivered the car (125 miles and 2 hour car ride) at no charge and was right on time. I also figured a legit dealership is going to make sure the car is detailed and all is in order if they're going to invest the time/money to send two guys (salesman and chase car driver) to deliver a car. Could you imagine the blowback if they came and I rejected the car because it was not as presented on the website? All I required was that I test drive it first thing to verify condition and mileage, etc. It all checked out. Check given and done deal. Easiest car deal I've ever done. If you get a chance to work with Bryan, do it. Was very responsive to questions and truly professional. More
