My car has been a perfect fit for everything that I wanted and hoped for it I am so fortunate to have found Faulkner Volvo friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience a true professional! 5 stars service at every step! Bought vehicle from Faulkner on a recommendation from someone I did worked with and it was worst decisions ever to buy from them. 1st my vehicle was a certified pre-owned that still had its bumper to bum someone I did worked with and it was worst decisions ever to buy from them. 1st my vehicle was a certified pre-owned that still had its bumper to bumper warranty. Also purchased wheel and tire protection warranty as additional coverage when I purchased vehicle. The story starts by me hitting a pothole and bending a wheel that they (Faulkner)kept telling me wasn't bent which was a lie because when I replaced the tires because that same pothole put a bubble in my tire the tire location took me out and showed me that the wheel was in fact bent. Faulkner continued to tell me on 3 separate service appointments and even after they told me in front of the GM that the wheel was not bent. The General Manager Casey told me that if I continued to feel vibration that he would replace my wheel. I took him at his word and again all a bunch of liars. This last time they told me the wheel was bent and repaired, but remember the previous conversation in the GM's office that the wheel was not bent but this time around it was something new. Would also like to mention that they had my wheels repaired about 5 times which machined finish wheels could only be cut no more than 2-3 times because it causes loss of structural integrity. I provided documentation and they didn't care. This is just the wheel, the car was brought to service over noises when I turned and that took several time back to service with me having to show them because of their incompetence. Also complaint about noticing when I go over bumps( sway bar links) and they say the cars not making noise--- I guess there warranty work don't pay so they keep saying nothing is wrong. Little back round on myself 1st I am in the vehicle repair industry my complete adult life about 25 years in the business so there isn't much about mechanical issues that I don't know about. Then why didn't I fix? Because the vehicle that they sold me was under full warranty but I see that don't mean anything. Bottom line they are the worst dealership I've ever bought a vehicle from. I like my Volvo but I will never buy one again, going back to BMW or at least never buy anything from Faulkner. Nothing feels worst than someone trying to make a person feel like they don't know what there talking about. It gets even better! I had to reopen this post to inform that the service manager (Mark Ragen)sent me a message that they would no longer Service the very car I bought from them because I wrote a post saying the truth of how they are.... These are the people taking care of your cars.@?... No thanks!!! I even escalated the issue with Volvo customer care. Stay tuned. More
Was looking for a XC60 in a mid-range package and a certain color combo. Saw they had the car at Faulkner. Went there Saturday morning. Marc in sales was very accommodating. Got me the car to test, and certain color combo. Saw they had the car at Faulkner. Went there Saturday morning. Marc in sales was very accommodating. Got me the car to test, and ran some numbers. Got where I needed to be cost-wise painlessly. Very professional, low pressure which I appreciated. Matt in finance was equally good at his job, and we got through the paperwork very efficiently. Would recommend both these individuals and certainly it reflects well on the dealership (which was spotlessly clean by the way). One of the better car buying experiences I have had. More
