I bought a used bmw 5 series from Faulkner Volvo on nov 29. The sales experience was amazing. I realised the car and steering were vibrating above 60mph few days after purchase. Called them and they scheduled wheel balancing on Dec 12. The issue did not resolve. I went to bmw dealership and they found that 3 of the rims were bent. I called Faulkner again and appointment was set up for repairing bent rims. The rims were repaired, the vibration improved but was still there. I called my salesperson Marc and told him about it. He said someone will call you and talk to you. I waited for a week and didn't receive a call. I called him again and he said someone was supposed to call you, I will look into it - you will receive a call. I waited a few more days and no one called. Then I called Marc again who said there was nothing to be fixed, the wheels are balancing fine and there was no problem with your car. I told him the rims need to be changed. He said if you have any issues, you can come back. At this point I was so tired of going to a dealership 2 hrs away from my place and waste my time. So, they failed to acknowledge the problem, failed to resolve the issue and disrespected me by lying that someone will call you when it was just a delay tactic. More
