"Care and Concern for Customers Safety" I had several minor recalls on my 2016 XC90 that I had not taken had corrected. Faulkner's service department employees contacted me via emails and telephone calls to bring in the car at my earliest convenience. The callers were always pleasant and I could detect concern in their voice on each call. Upon arrival at the dealership, I found staff that was caring and concerned. After arriving to pick-up my car I was warmly greeted. Jeff Kleinbrahm went over everything that had been corrected and asked if I had any questions. He also invited me to contact him immediately if I noticed anything wrong with my car. I haven't had to call back, but should it become necessary, I will not hesitate to contact Jeff.
