2015 outback purchase I drove over 2 hours to trade my 2010 outback for a 2015 wagon for a surpirse for my wife and it was worth the trip. My sales person was Shawan and sh I drove over 2 hours to trade my 2010 outback for a 2015 wagon for a surpirse for my wife and it was worth the trip. My sales person was Shawan and she is a true professional. From price negotiating to taking the time to show me all the new features of my new car . The whole experience was made very simple and easy. Not all dealers are the some . The entire staff at Faulkner Subaru made feel that they really do care about their customers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who want to be treated fairly and with respect. More

Our only regret is we did not go to Faulkner Subaru sooner. Nancy and I are now married 45 years. We both were going to be retiring and she thought we should look at getting a good reliable car while we could i Nancy and I are now married 45 years. We both were going to be retiring and she thought we should look at getting a good reliable car while we could in 2011. She read all she could and settled on a Subaru I checked dealers and Faulkner Subaru was right up there at the top. I was just there for our service checkup this week. Our salesman Roland Zuk always comes out to see how we have been doing. I have been treated for Cancer since our purchase and Roland has been keeping in touch with concern and kindness. Roland was out to see me again. It is the finest salesman we have ever dealt with, the Service Manager and his staff continued to be the most helpful and skilled we have again dealt with in our 45 years of marriage. Our only regret is that we did not deal with Faulkner sooner it would have made our life much easier and pleasant. The young Service Manager who took our paperwork for our State Inspection etc was very respectful and friendly. Great Experience!! 4 years ago I bought a Forester from Roland Zuk at Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem, PA. The plan was to see 200,000 miles on the odometer in 2031. 4 years ago I bought a Forester from Roland Zuk at Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem, PA. The plan was to see 200,000 miles on the odometer in 2031. However, a recent accident ended that dream. I called Roland & asked for his professional advice on how to move through the insurance & possible repair issues. After much thought & input from the pros, I decided to sell the damaged car, The Forester is the perfect vehicle for me & so I asked Roland to find a 2015 model with all the things I wanted. Today, in less than a week from the request, I’m driving a 2015 Forester Limited (Jasmine green). It has lots of amazing new features (many of which are for safety). The entire Faulkner ‘family’ was there for me at this stressful time. The collision center at Faulkner retrieved the damaged car and AJ gave a speedy quote on the repair costs. An Enterprise car rental satellite is located at the Collision center. It made for easy pickup & drop off. Everyone I dealt with at the Faulkner dealership was courteous, knowledgable & professional.
