Was initially going to purchase a 2018 impreza sport, Ziad had greeted us by the door and asked if we needed help. After about a hour we ended up looking at the WRX (my dream car). I was under the impression based on the price of the vehicle that there was no way i would be able to afford it. Ziad is a great sales person who doesn't play the traditional game that most car sales reps tend to do. Just tell him what you would like to pay for the vehicle and he will be honest about what is realistic. He even went as far as to show me the invoice of what the dealership paid for the vehicle so there is nothing hidden, no games. He will go and do whatever is necessary to get you the best deal possible with the manager. At the end of the day I left the dealership with a WRX, at a great price! More

Crisis of Character I went to Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem where I had got my last Subaru and bought a new one or at least so I had thought. Three days later on the day of delivery they called me saying that they in fact could not get the car that they had promised even though I had already put a down payment on it and they had also run my credit. In light of this they did absolutely nothing to attempt to keep my business. The management didn't even so much as reach out to me to apologize. The actions of Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem Management are indicative of not only a flawed business practice and philosophy but most importantly character. More

Used Car- Mark Was Awesome to Work With I went in to look at a car I saw online. Mark worked with me giving me plenty of time to test drive the car and work out pricing. "A Pleasant Buying Experience" Having visited 3 local Subaru dealerships - Sleazy, Sleazier and Sleaziest - my wife had the good notion to expand our search to our daughter's area i Having visited 3 local Subaru dealerships - Sleazy, Sleazier and Sleaziest - my wife had the good notion to expand our search to our daughter's area in neighboring Pennsylvania. Smart girl, my wife. An hour out of our way, but a much different car buying experience. Our first (and only) dealership visited was Faulkner Subaru, where we met up with Ziad Abdelmassih, who listened to our need of trim line, options and colors, and within 30 minutes produced the exact vehicle we described. A test drive, a fair price and financing, and my wife drove off with her Forester two days later. Notably absent from the process were the fraudulent visits in and out of the "sale manager's" office. Take it from a guy that would prefer a root canal to the typical new car buying experience, Faulkner Subaru is first class (even their coffee is good!). Ziad is a true sales professional who thoroughly knows his product and treats buyers with respect and not a hint of the trickery that seems to be prevalent in the industry (yes, even in Subaru dealerships). We and other family members will definitely return to Faulkner Subaru. More
