I am the manager from Mecca auto sales llc we called Faulkner in Harrisburg to diagnose our car, the car won’t start unless clearing history code. had to be reset every time. 2014 Hyundai sonata hybrid Faulkner in Harrisburg to diagnose our car, the car won’t start unless clearing history code. had to be reset every time. 2014 Hyundai sonata hybrid. They called us to let us know the issue was the battery. They charged us over $350 for the battery, we asked before we paid that once they replace the battery would it fix the issue and they said yes. 2 weeks later Hyundai called us saying the issue wasn’t fixed because it needs sensor-clutch oil pressure, and replacing that will for sure fix the issue. My boss agreed to fix it so it can resolve the issue on the car. They charged us another $300 and almost 2 months later saying they need more time to diagnose it. And after over a month they told us to pick up the car because they don’t know what’s wrong with it that maybe it was some damage to wiring but still charged us $650 in order for us to take our car and nothing was fixed. More
