Tom, who walked us through the leasing paperwork, answered all of our questions and was very thorough and knowledgeable. They all made the whole process pleasant. When the paperwork was complete, Quinn sat in the car with us to set up the features and spent a lot of time explaining the HUGE amount of those features and answered our many questions.
