Worst experience I have ever had with a Faulkner dealership, they forgot to complete all work order services. They were absolutely great I needed to get an oil change right away beforewe left for our trip. They didnt have anything open in the schedule. They got me in and out that week. Brought my Hyundai in for something in December 2023. Faulkner was aware of the potential engine fires and catastrophic failures then and did nothing. By June 2024 we couldn't drive it because it wasn't Faulkner was aware of the potential engine fires and catastrophic failures then and did nothing. By June 2024 we couldn't drive it because it wasn't road safe. Took 2 months to get out engine replaced and they couldn't even provide a loaner while we waited. Worst customer service ever! Will NEVER buy from them again! More
