The dealership tried to rip me off. They tried to tell me it would cost $727.38 to replace my ignition lock. I got it done for $110.19 at another shop. Nice waiting room. Estimated repair time was accurate. I was ask if I only wanted the recalls taken care of and I said yes because another dealership came out with $700 Estimated repair time was accurate. Not hard to figure out. At this dealership they did a 23 point check which is 23 more than I said zI wanted. But I can't help wonder how much time I could have avoided by them not doing this. They took no for an answer and did not show me a trade in value. Service personel we're nice and I'm sure they are just doing what up management/corporation want. I will be more direct on my next recall visit even if it means getting it in writing. More

5/22/2024 - scheduled a standard service for oil change and tire rotation. They called in the afternoon with over $3000 of “recommended” services. Brought vehicle in for a recall repair but waited over an hour to find out they had to special order the part and I'd have to come back another day to have it repaired.
