You can't beat it!!! I bought my first Hyundai last week from Faulkner. What a great experience. Great service. Great deal. Great car. I wanted to take delivery before I bought my first Hyundai last week from Faulkner. What a great experience. Great service. Great deal. Great car. I wanted to take delivery before the end of September to take advantage of the September rebates, but I couldn't take off from work mid-week to close the deal. My salesman, Mr. Grier, arranged to have the car delivered to me in Upper Marlboro, MD, 125 miles away. The driver came in a driving rain then drove my 14 year old trade in back to Harrisburg in a downpour!! Amazing service. Love my new car. Thanks to all the folks at Faulkner, from sales to financing to detailing and delivery. You can't beat it!! More

Awesome Experience. I have owned Saturns for the last 20 years because I loved the way they did business. I was so sorry to see that brand go away. I looked at 5 differ I have owned Saturns for the last 20 years because I loved the way they did business. I was so sorry to see that brand go away. I looked at 5 different vehicles but went back to this dealership and salesman because they wanted me to get the right vehicle instead of just 'closing' another deal. Salesman was knowledgeable about the products and asked enough questions about what I was looking for in my next car. After speaking with me for 15 minutes, he walked directly to the car that was perfect for me. Customer service at its best. More
