Accent purchase I was greeted as I approached the door and was helped immediately to find the right car for me. The salesman was friendly and listened to my needs. He did try to steered towards a more basic model but I did not hold that against him as I had stressed the fact that I wanted a low monthly payment. As soon as I mentioned that I really wanted cruise control he turned around and pulled up the car that I eventually purchased. He also showed me a copy of your survey and explained that any adverse comment would make him fail. Although I did not appreciate him doing this, it does seem harsh as I was otherwise happy with him, the finance guy and my car. More
