The dealership is very courteous and laid back but friendly enough to assist you with any questions. The service dept is top notch. I thought I was at a Mercedes service shop. It is that good. If you think that you are getting a good deal at another dealership call Faulkner they will probably match or do one better I had worked with two other dealers and Faulkner beat them all. More

Good Car, Good Service I described to the salesman (Jim Cooper) what I was looking for in a car. He recommended the Elantra, showed me the floor model and explained the feat I described to the salesman (Jim Cooper) what I was looking for in a car. Dan in finance was also very helpful and professional. I interacted with several other employees and found the same level of friendliness and professionalism. I have had less than optimal experiences (to put it politely) with other car dealerships in the past, so it is a pleasure to work with a dealership like Faulkner. More

My wife and I had just rec The purchase of this vehicle was, due to circumstances, much different from any car shopping we had ever done in the past. My wife and I had just recently moved to Northern York county to move into a senior citizen house that was associated with our children's new home. Shortly after we moved in I fell and broke my hip. This put a serious obstacle on mobility Not long after that we were in an accident and the car was totaled. We are located out in the country so trips for necessary items without a car is a real challenge. Our family were wonderful in helping us out but we really missed the freedom. For the next month while waiting for the insurance settlement the internet got a workout. There was no question which car we wanted. It was the Santa Fe Sport. We had two of these before and for us it was a perfect match. I had contacted different Hyundai Dealers and all were polite and willing to be of service and kept asking when we could come in to see them. It was a little difficult to explain in a meaningful way why this was a challenge. An Employee at Faulkners was the first to pick up on the problem and said this is not difficult. We can solve your problem by bringing the car and the paper work to you and if you and your wife are happy with the vehicle we can all see the sun shine a little brighter. This is called instant empathy and gives a new meaning to the definition of professional and courteous service. Splendid Job! Thanks. More
