The service when buying a car is great. I’m not as impressed with the service department. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment for inspection and when I went to pick it up I’m not as impressed with the service department. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment for inspection and when I went to pick it up 2 hours after the appointment it wasn’t ready. It ended up being almost 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time before it was done. They did give me a 10% discount because of the wait, which was appreciated, but I really feel the wait was excessive. More

Had some real struggles with service on our vehicle which we originally purchased from them. Brought the vehicle to Faulkner when an independent garage told us that their analysis on the check engine light we originally purchased from them. Faulkner could not find an issue with the car. Three weeks later the check engine light returned and wow, we did need a new transmission. The service team did not keep us up to date on progress and the communication only started with us. We had to keep calling for updates More
