Excellent car buying experience I was very impressed with my experience at Faulkner Hyundai from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Th I was very impressed with my experience at Faulkner Hyundai from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. This is the first time I've bought a car in 15 years, so I really wanted to take my time and gather as much information as I could before making a final decision. I felt free to proceed at my own pace and was never given any high-pressure sales tactics, which I GREATLY appreciated. Kevin Hunter was my primary sales consultant, and he was very helpful, accommodating, and professional in every way. I also worked with Dan Sizer, Chelsea King, and Josh Sabulsky, who were all fantastic as well. I would most definitely recommend Faulkner Hyundai to anyone in the market for a Hyundai vehicle! More

Everything you should expect buying a luxury car. I first bought a CPO Equus at Faulkner and had a very good experience, so when the G90 came out I was very excited but wanted to wait for a CPO. But I first bought a CPO Equus at Faulkner and had a very good experience, so when the G90 came out I was very excited but wanted to wait for a CPO. But the previous experience and pricing (reasonable discount, loyalty credit, financing rate, and trade-in allowance) were so good, I justified buying a new car. More

I had to return it and wait for service to complete the inspection. This is totally unacceptable for a brand new vehicle to not be inspected! 2) I was promised by the manager to somehow extend my vehicle registration since it was only for a couple of months. This was after he explained that the vehicle registration and is not related to a new vehicle purchase. I still don't get this but that's what was told to me. In my previous experience, at least the service department worked with me to match the vehicle registration with inspection. This inspection, if going on past experience, could have been a December sticker to match my December registration. Now I have unmatched when it didn't have to be that way, again based on past experience. This did not make me happy! 3) The first sales person was away when I returned for the purchase. The second saleperson I think assumed too much. He promised things, none of which were delivered, such as setting up my first service appointment. No additional test drive was offered. Other then pairing my phone, no further details of the features of the vehicle was performed. 4) My two biggest appointments with the vehicle itself include: a) The back up camera doesn't audibly warn the driver when they get close to objects behind them. For visually challenged drivers, that is not as useful a feature as it could be. I tend to use the mirrors, as if the feature doesn't exist, like I used to do before having the feature. b) Oddly, the tiny screen does not enlarge when music is play, to see who the artist and song title is. Again, for visually challenged drivers it's not that helpful. 5) As for features, had I known that some of the features on the vehicle were not useful features to begin with, I would have instead gone up to the SE Plus model instead. It has features such as Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, HD Radio, 8 inch touchscreen with navigation, Blue Link, etc. that I find more useful then the standard SE has feature-wise. It didn't seem like the second saleperson wanted to "wasted" their time giving me more choices that I may have wanted. Even though it's a nice vehicle, I'm very disappointed that I could have done better! More
