I had an appointment at Hyundai in Harrisburg to have all four tires replaced and an alignment done. I arrived at the dealership at 1:00 PM, and I was told the work would be completed within three hours. four tires replaced and an alignment done. I arrived at the dealership at 1:00 PM, and I was told the work would be completed within three hours. After waiting over three hours with no update, I went to the front desk to ask about the status of my car. Unfortunately, the response I received was very unprofessional. The staff member seemed annoyed by my question and informed me that they were still waiting for the tires to arrive and that car hadn’t even left the showroom yet. At that point, I was frustrated and no longer wanted to stay at the dealership. I went home and returned later in the evening to pick up my car. This experience was disappointing, especially given the lack of communication and courtesy. I expected better service and more respect for my time. More
