My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Faulkner Hyundai! I originally spoke with Steve while visiting the dealership with my mother, who had also purchased a car recently (a 2013 Hyundai Sonata). Hyundai! I told him I was in the market for a used car, and that I would love a small SUV, but didn't think I could afford it. Steve asked me about my parameters and told me he'd keep an eye out for anything that came on the lot. A week or so later, he contacted me with a couple different options. We told him which one sounded right for us, and went to see the car (a 2011 Hyundai Tucson) the following weekend. While we were there, Steve was nothing but friendly, supportive, and very informative. I usually dread situations like these, because I hate high pressure, uncomfortable sales situations. This couldn't have been easier and more pleasant if I had planned it all myself! Steve made me feel very secure in my purchase, and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel pressured into a sale, and I felt like he really listened to my questions and concerns. He sat with me for a long time in the car, showing me how everything worked, setting up my bluetooth, etc. I had to return to the dealership a week later to pick up an extra set of keys (my used car only came with one originally), and Steve came out to meet us in Parts and Services, helped us get what we needed, and was friendly as usual! I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this dealership for any car purchase you need to make! Wonderful, friendly service! More

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I went into Faulkner Hyundai-Philadelphia in the hopes of finding something reliable. I found much, much more! My sales rep was Alanna, and I cannot say enough WONDERF Hyundai-Philadelphia in the hopes of finding something reliable. I found much, much more! My sales rep was Alanna, and I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about her. She was warm, friendly and upbeat. I had never purchased a car before but she made everything so simple and stress free. She really took the time to listen to my needs, as well as find out what I wanted in a car. She immediately started showing my cars that fell perfectly into what I was looking for. We test drove a couple of cars and I told her I loved the Elantra. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of its features, the best part was she was NEVER pushy at all! I had a tight budget and she worked and worked until she got me the perfect car. I drove away that same day with a wonderful new vehicle and a great first car buying experience.
