The service advisor Steve O’Neill was awesome. Customer service is a big deal to me, since working for the Public for 30 years on the Phila police force I value honesty, trustworthiness, and showing care and empathy. His professionalism and patience restored my faith, he didn’t know this however, after losing three loved ones back to back days and weeks apart it truly helped me, I was feeling really low when my car wouldn’t start not knowing what the issue was. Most of time people don’t know what others are going through, sometimes just that little bit of courteousness or kindness/and or a smile can make a persons day!
