Disgraceful! I scheduled an appt for a recall - and took a day off of work. It seemed like everyone in that office knew the parts weren’t available. That was just the beginning. They treated me like crap from there - and never even started the oil change they were supposed to do. I took my car after several hours. A wasted day off Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service too!
