Faulkner is Fantastic! I was looking for a new car, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. John worked through my list of must haves and then my list of 'this would be nice' I was looking for a new car, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. John also followed up with me to double check some features and the color of the car before I went in to finalize the sale. When I got to the dealership, John greeted me at the door. He not only made me feel welcome and comfortable he also extended his greeting to my family. They were offered beverages and made comfortable while John and I discussed the deal. He even encouraged them to join us on the test drive. John got me a great deal on my new car, he even stayed after regular operating hours in order to show me how to work all the features and options in my car! Two weeks after I had the car John called to check in and make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any questions. John Concha and the team at Faulkner Hyundai are wonderful, treat everyone fairly, go above and beyond for their customers, you know you're getting the best deal! I can't say enough about how terrific John Concha is. Simply put, he is outstanding. I'll never buy a car from anyone else. I was treated so well that now, when anyone mentions needing a car, I tell them to go see John Concha at Faulkner Hyundai. More
