In fact, when I showed interest in a different model, one that was wildly out of my comfort price zone, my sales rep showed me how I could get almost the exact same features in a car and budget that wouldn't make me cry every month. I am still getting used to the difference between a sedan and small SUV (mostly not falling out of the car when I get out) but I absolutely love it and loved my experience and am so happy I chose to go to Faulkner. More

Made eye contact and listen to what i was looking for in a car! Very Important! They didnt try to force any car on me just to get a sale, and they "worked" with me! (Im not an easy "sale") I told Paul what I was looking for, and he found the color, size, and style I was satisfied with! I was on the fence of choosing a car from another dealership, that I really wanted, but the Paul treated me way better as a customer!!! and got the price I was looking for! UNREAL.. Paul was terrific as was Jordan........I felt very comfortable on a rainy Friday...they made me get over my bad experience at Reedman the week before Paul was terrific as was Jordan........I felt very comfortable on a rainy Friday...they made me get over my bad experience at Reedman the week before where I walked out.
