Registration cards We purchased our Santa Fe Sport on May 23. The salesman John Concha was very informative and helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of the car. We are very happy with the car, but find getting a call back from the finance department, regarding we asked for 2 registration cards and only received 1 is proving difficult as one is on vacation and the other didn't return our call. We had this problem last time we purchased a car from you, and hopefully in the future you will find a better way to deal with this problem. Last time we were on our own in getting a 2nd card. This really bothers me a great deal. We made it a point to mention 2 cards. A call back one way or another is something that would go a long way in keeping your customers happy. More

Pleasant experience I was hesitant to go here since Faulkner is the successor to the old Northeast Hyundai and my experiences with them had been unpleasant. I knew the car I wanted. I had a price in my head. And the salesman got me both. A bit of haggling to get the price, but only a real little. Didn't expect to get the car that day. Figured that it'd take a few days at least. Either Faulkner would need to come around on price, I'd need to go elsewhere, or even if we made a deal the car wouldn't be ready for same day pick up. Nope I had my car within a few hours (mostly due to the number of papers you have to sign). More

All That Matters After receiving a Truecar.com price for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited, I test drove the car locally and then called most of the dealers in the vicini After receiving a Truecar.com price for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited, I test drove the car locally and then called most of the dealers in the vicinity to see if they could beat the best price I was given. Most dealers admitted they could not touch the best price; Faulkner beat it by $150. I was not quite ready to make my purchase when this all transpired in March, and, unfortunately, for me, Hyundai's incentive went down by $500. Rob Marjoram called me and said that Faulkner would eat the difference and sell me the car for the price that was quoted in March. I went on vacation in early May and told Rob I would be in to pick up the vehicle upon my return. I told him that I had narrowed my color choices to two (one he had on lot and one he had to trade with another dealer). Both cars were detailed when I arrived. All I had to do was choose. Rob was a pleasure. He understood how much anxiety can be involved in making a purchase of this nature and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He handed off to Paul Bracken to finish matters, and he was terrific as well. More
