Horrible Customer Experience! Manager Robert Marjarum does not know how to be truthful or honest, and certainly does not know how to speak to a customer. Words like "Spewing venom" when I said he was the reason people don't trust car salespeople.... maybe if he told me the truth I could trust him more but to tell me he had a car, took a deposit and then find out that the car was not even delivered to the dealer. Telling me the car I wanted was not even as close as West Virginia...only for me to be able to buy it the next day not even 45 miles away. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! More
