Couldn't have made it better if I tried. Prior to coming to this specific dealer I went to McCafferty and decided to shop around. The first difference I noticed at this dealer as opposed to McCafferty was that Chris was not nearly as aggressive as the previous salesman which I liked. I had my 7 year old with me and even through her excited and hyper attitude he maintained patience and professionalism, answering all the questions I had. During the test ride he explained many things inside of the vehicle and different features the vehicle had. Two days later when I made the decision to purchase I went back. Through the entire process of working out a price and making offers and deals Chris was patient again. He was not pushy nor did I feel like this purchase was unimportant. He worked with me and my fiancé with grace and of the utmost professionalism!! I am COMPLETELY satisfied and happy with my purchase and the person I purchased from. I will be recommending this dealer to friends and family and when it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will be returning as well. More
