The sales manager, Rob was one of the most upfront and honest managers I’ve ever worked with. He didn’t hassle us, nickel and dime us or demand endless hours of brutal negotiations. The sale was honestly the easiest transaction I’ve ever had buying a car. Andrew was awesome and showed me all the features of the car. He was also nice enough to even clean the license plate off my existing car before putting it on my new car. He made us feel very comfortable as we waited for the finance department to review our information. Then comes Jordan, the second most dreaded man in the car buying business.. jkjk! He was awesome, he showed me my options to protect my lease and had me in and out in the perfect amount of time! Seriously, this was the best experience! I highly recommend Faulkner! More
