I have a problem with my bluelink since I purchased the vehicle July 25. Its still not working was told I'll get a loaner 2 weeks ago and still crickets. I walked into Faulkner on a total impulse just to look at a car and a few hours later I drove out in my brand new Santa Fe. My dealer, Katherine, was absolutely amazing.
