The intake person at the service center had zero personality. I had a free tire rotation coming to me but they never rotated my tires. I asked him why they didn’t rotate my tires. That is total xx because tires should be rotated every 5000 thousand to 7500 miles. That is right in the owners manual. The facilities itself is nice and clean looking.
