I've just purchased a 2013 Elantra Limited from Faulkner Hyundai last week. Due to my busy work schedule, I had to do most of my search online by contacting several dealerships by emails. Jonathan Palmisano was one of internet salespeople who contacted me. While other so-called internet salespeople were busy sending me constant marketing emails, giving me the run around, and sometimes just plain rude; Jonathan was friendly, helpful, courteous, and gave me straightforward answers. He also got me the car I wanted for a good price. I also met Joe Bauerle to close the deal. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Steve Buchanan showed me the car, explained all the features and warranties. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the car and I also liked the fact that he stressed the importance of wearing a seat belt. I recommend Faulkner Hyundai for competitive pricing, good customer service, and great staff! More

So far so GOOD!This was my first time getting in to a brand new car and never leased.We dealt with Tyler and he is a Southern gentleman. He was very thorough in showing us the cars. I have been to several dealerships before this one and didn’t have great experiences.I aways felt the sales people were always trying to get over on me.But not this place.I instantly felt as ease with these guys. I would defiantly go back to this place and deal with them. I will make another review at the end of my lease to see if the professionalism continues throughout the lease. I'd recommend this dealership for several reasons. First, the staff (and that includes everyone I interacted with) were friendly and helpful. Not once during the entire shopping and purchase experience did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. To the contrary, the staff listened to me and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Second, the location is ideal given where I live. Third, the cost of the vehicle was very competitive with the prices shown on Kelly Blue Book and truecar. Finally, the sales representative, Steve Folbaum, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the full features of the vehicle, especially the techie aspects. In sum, I would encourage potential car buyers who are interested in a Hyundai to make a trip to Faulkner Hyundai after visiting other Hyundai dealers. I believe it will be worth your effort. More
