His mannerism was great. He gave me eye to eye contact and treated me with respect. He didn't make any stereotypical assumptions/airs about women buying cars. We both possesed the "A" type personalities and I appreciated that. He wasn't phoney. He went through all the steps that a salesman should do. He explained and showed me all the bells and whistles on my Elantra. He didn't smooze me. I didn't have to haggle for the right price. I knew I had the right price with him. He answered all my questions. I got a good interest rate and he set me up with a free oil change for the 3,750 mile check up. Great, affordable maintenance package too. Gina even provided me with some cake because my sugar was getting low after sitting about 3 hours. The bathroom was really clean. Gina explained the car contract and the bumper to bumper car coverage very clearly. She's very enthusiatic and outgoing about her job. She trusted me to bring back my downpayment the next day. I didn't detect any stereotypical vibes from her. She's a strong woman like me who knows what she wants. She wasn't phoney either. I love my Elantra. My husband & I test drove it. It's smooth, quiet and the brakes were tight. I like the satellite features on the radio and the blue tooth blew my mind. I'm glad Steven & Gina were sensitive to my needs. They treated me like a human being. I will recommend them to all my friends. More
Started looking on line at optimas but after several negotiations and several bad reports regarding service at the local Kia dealer where I would not buy but have service done I started looking at the S negotiations and several bad reports regarding service at the local Kia dealer where I would not buy but have service done I started looking at the Sonata-saw one on Faulkner's web site for their construction ad called and spoke to Howard who stated that the ad was no longer in effect but he would work very hard to get me at or close to the ad price. e-mailed him some stock numbers sent several prices and confirmed my eligibility for the rebates being offered. Stopped buy to look at the car at 1 PM I informed him where I wanted to be price wise and what I wanted for trade-in that was not present. Howard stated he would inform his managers and I stated I would be back shortly after 4 with the trade-in for evaluation. Prior to returning I e-mailed Howard and stated if I could get the prices I quoted him we would make deal. He then e-mailed me back and said his managers would accept the price I requested. Went there at 4:10PM and although I did not get exact amount I wanted on trade they did raise their initial offer $300 and it was very close to what I wanted as I priced it on KBB and Edmunds. Deal was done and out of the lot with a new Sonata in about an hour. There was no BS or pressure-painless transaction. More
My husband and I visited a dealership in Jenkintown last week and left there with a very disappointed feeling. So my husband and I decided we would try Phila. Faulkner (Hyundai) When we arrived we were greeted by Steve Folbaum in a very friendly way. We Told him what we were interested in and our circumstances.He was very positive and said he would do everything possible to help us. Within a couple of hours, He and Joe Bauerle Had seen us through the process of purchasing our first new Hyundai Sonata!!!!! They were just great! We will be sure to refer everyone and anyone we can to go see these two great guys at Faulkner Phila. !!!!!! More

Faulker Hyundai was the first (luckily) of several dealerships I visited. The staff was attentive, making sure that customers were not kept waiting. Steven was a class act from start to finish, treating me no differently if I was a window shopper or serious buyer as was my experience with the other dealerships I visited. At no time did I feel pressure. I can, without reservation, recommend Steven and look forward with confidence to working with him again with future purchases. Steve was our salesperson. He listened to what our wants and needs were in a vehicle and took us out on test drives. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to buy a car. After the sale, he explained the features of the car and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Frank and Gina, while we spent the least amount of time with them, were also very patient, answered any questions and made sure that we were happy with the financing. I found that everyone there was respectful, professional, and overall friendly. Buying a car can be stressful, but these three people helped keep the stress level down and made the experience very enjoyable. More
