We did our research and went to Faulkner looking to trade in a 2005 Tuscon and a 2008 Tiburon. Steven Folbaum was the sales associate who helped us. We knew what we should expect for our 2 trades as well as a good, better, best price on the 2 new vehicles we were looking to purchase. The prices given to us were spot on! No need to negoatiate, haggle, all that ugly car buying stuff. The trade in values were exactly where they should have been and the prices for the new ones were in the "BEST" category. When it came time to finishing the deal, Joe Bauerle was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services he sells. He clearly outlined the available extended warranties and fully explained everything. We wish we could give Faulkner/Steven/Joe a score higher than 5. They provided exceptional service and reasonable & fair prices and we drove off the lot with not 1 but 2 new vehicles...very satisfied customers. More
I was at more than 5 dealers and in Faulkner I was surprised about the a very friendly and professional handling. I never thought that buying a car would that great experience. A seller who has positive surprised me. He is very natural but also very helpful. I talked with some dealers while searching for our new car and I must say that Billy Mullen was the best from all of them. He was not so annoying like most of the others. When I come there I didn't feel any pressure while talking with him, that I noticed when I was searching for a car by other dealers. I recommended Faulkner already to my friends that are searching for a car and also said that they have to talk with Billy Mullen directly in order to get the car they are searching for. January 26th, 2012 husband and i wanted to trade in our 2010 Hyundai accent for a larger car same year. Wow! What a difference compared to the other dealerships we have dealt with. My wife and I were looking for a 2012 Elantra Limited and were contacted by e-mail from several dealerships. Jonathan Palmisano (internet sales) returned my phone call right away. Within an hour I was at the dealership and introduced to Billy Mullen. Billy sat down and truly listened to what my needs were and went over every feature on the car. The next day I brought my wife in with her car to find out the trade in value. We had already researched the Elantra and fair trade in values for our old car. The pricing on both exceeded our expectations and we signed on the spot. This has been bar far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience we have ever had! I used to work at a dealership and am very wary and picky. Scott and the Sales Team are knowledgable, friendly and most of all, allow you to enjoy the car buying experience by not being "pushy" or always trying to close the deal. Having been involved in sales and customer service for most of my professional life, I know when I'm trying to be "sold" something. Don't get me wrong, that's the nature of any customer service business, but Faulkner Hyundai consultants will make you feel comfortable. They have a great inventory to choose from, and they'll work with you to meet your price point on the car you are looking to purchase. I was coming to Faulkner to help a friend who was dropping off his Hyundai for service. Along the way, I got into a car accident in my VW, but didn't know the extent of the damage. When I made it to Faulkner, the service department put my VW on the lift and let me know what was wrong with it. They saved me a lot of trouble and problems by looking at the damage and letting me know what was wrong, and they didn't charge me anything. I am very grateful and have told several friends (both Hyundai owners and non-Hyundai owners) about what above-and-beyond customer service Faulkner has (specifically in the service department). This seriously has me thinking about purchasing from Faulkner in the future and I truly appreciate the kindness I was shown (especially since my car wasn't even a Hyundai). More

The sales person was excellent. The financial guy, Joe, was very knowledgable and nice. Nobody was pushy, it felt like we had plenty of time and oppurtunity to talk things over alone between me and my gir was very knowledgable and nice.
