I had visited the dealership twice before making my final decision to purchase a car. I had interacted most with, Tyler. I went in looking at the Accent and Tyler immediately questioned if I had ever looked into the Elantra. I took the Elantra out for a test drive and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I was between the Elantra and another car after my test drive though. Tyler had follwed up with me, but not in a forceful way, just wanted to keep in touch. I never felt like Tyler was trying to get my money. After weighing my options I decided to go in and get some numbers about the Elantra. Again, Tyler gave me the information that I asked for, not the information to pursuade me to purchase. In the end I purchased the Elantra and about two months later, I am very happy with my decision. It never seemed Tyler was there to sell me, only to inform me of a particular produce. I highly recommend going to Faulkner Hyundai and speaking to Tyler! More

I visited this dealer for a price on a new Hyundai. Their price was $2000 less than any other dealer I visited. They brought the car up to their location that evening. I drove the car and was offered a very fair deal. My trade in offer was also very fair. I bought the car and even though it was not the car I first got a price on was treated as nice as if I had bought new. Also the title lady was upfront and everything was explained about the deal in terms that were clear and exact. I was not pressured to purchase any thing I did not want.
