We were not disappointed in the professional, friendly, low-pressure treatment provided by Alanna Casey. She started by understanding our needs and did not try to "upsell" -- just explained differences among models that we might be interested in. We were still exploring various makes/models and there was no pressure to close the deal that day. After testing other cars, we did settle on the Sonata and got bids through TrueCar.com (via USAA). Faulkner does not participate in TrueCar, but when we brought the lowest of three bids to them, they came as close as they could -- which was substantially lower than the other 2 bids. As it turns out, the lowest TrueCar bid was too good to be true!! Faulkner honored their bid when we came back to them and beyond that, Alanna went through extra effort within a few hours to get the color and interior that we preferred from another dealership. All this was happening within a day of the end of the manufacturer's incentive program, so timing was important. They do what they say they will, and say what they will do. Much more than many dealerships. Would recommend them (and Alanna in particular) without hesitation. More

I found a beautiful car without any pressure and I absolutely love it! The fantastic staff in each department (marketing, sales, finance and management) made the car buying experience a seamless and stress free one. They know their product inside and out. Car buying made stress-free and fun After research the 2014 Hyundai Elantra on the internet, I decided that this was the car I wished to buy. I then chose Faulkner Hyundai in Philadelphi After research the 2014 Hyundai Elantra on the internet, I decided that this was the car I wished to buy. I then chose Faulkner Hyundai in Philadelphia as they are close to my home. Well, I made the right decision on both counts! My initial contact with Faulkner Hyundai Phila was with Jonathan Palmisano who was informative and thorough in his responses to my questions. I have not purchased a new car in many years so my questions were many and varied and he never dropped the ball! I was then contacted by salesperson Alanna Casey. Ms Casey knew what car in their inventory I was interested in purchasing and I made an appointment to meet Ms Casey, test drive the car, and hopefully, make the final sale. Ms Casey had the car ready for me when I arrived. Her sales technique was low-key and relaxed. She impressed me because she was articulate, knowledgeable and personable. Ms Casey explained all of the car's features to me patiently. After I indicated that I wished to purchase the Elantra if the price was in my budget, I met Dave Sutton who is a business manager at Faulkner. Mr. Sutton explained his role in the car-buying experience carefully. He walked me through the financing and the contracts with great care and professionalism. Several days after I purchased the car, I returned and Ms Casey was kind enough to "re-explain" several of the car's features that were confounding me. Mr. Palmisano also continued to answer many of my questions via e-mail. In summary, I highly recommend Faulkner Hyundai for your car needs. Their staff members are exceptional. He walked us through everything; from picking the right car, going through all of our options, pricing everything out , to purchasing our car.He was kind, always asking if we want something to drink, answered all of our questions, ridiculous or not. After purchasing our car, he showed us how all of the systems worked and walked us through them. He even entered our cell phones into the Bluetooth link.That was great.
