Then I went to faulkner and met Mike Galante who far exceeded my expectations and all other dealer experiences. He was able to get the most for my trade and I bought a 2010 honda accord which I still have and love. Mike was friendly, genuine, and truly listened to my needs. I never felt pressure and he took all the time I needed to test drive and ask questions. I will only buy from Mike and have referred everyone I know in the market for a car to him. Always professional, and without those bad sales habits that are so common elsewhere in the trade. We easily worked through my wants to close the deal on this vehicle, which required the co-operation of other parts of the Faulkner organization.
