No pressure. Consistent communication via email which I requested. Fast, accurate responses to my questions. When I asked to test drive the car I wanted, she located it, brought it to the showroom. She arranged a time for a test drive, and had it waiting upfront when I arrived. After we made the deal, I indicated that I did not want to wait in the dealership to finalize the transaction. When I came back, the finance manager was waiting for me, ready to do the paperwork. He was friendly and efficient. The day I took possession, I called service in the morning. They made arrangements that day to get accessories installed before I came back, so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. If your looking for a Hyundai, I highly recommend you call Alanna.
