I needed to purchase a car to replace my 1999 Toyota Corolla that was finally retired. I decided to look into Hyundais this time because I had heard many good things about the brand. I did purchase a Hyundai and my experience at Faulkner Hyundai exceeded all my expectations. Rob Lewis, our sales rep, was great. He treated us like family. Regina Hogan, who did the paperwork, also treated us wonderfully. I not only felt that I got deal, but also, that I was a valued customer. I plan to have all my service done at Faulkner Hyundai and will also go there when it is time to get a new car. Over the years, we have bought 9 cars from various Faulkner dealerships and have always been satisfied with both the sale and service aspects of the dealerships. (I’m presently driving a 3 year old A Faulkner dealerships and have always been satisfied with both the sale and service aspects of the dealerships. (I’m presently driving a 3 year old Altima from Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown…and really love it!) About a year ago, after test driving a few comparable cars including the new Altima which she did like, my wife, Nancy, decided on a Sonata for her next car. We priced them at a few dealers in our area and wound up buying the car from Faulkner/Philadelphia. A couple of weeks ago Nancy was in an accident. While the insurance company 'totaled' the car because of the amount of damage, obviously the car 'did its job' safety-wise...because Nancy walked away with just a small bruise on one elbow. Since Nancy had really loved the car...and since we now knew (from experience) how safe the Sonata was...and since we had had such a good experience with Faulkner, we went right back to Faulkner...to the same salesperson (Steve Folbaum). They couldn't have been nicer...gave us a great deal on the exact same car we had lost (even getting us the Ruby Red color Nancy really loved!), but in the 2013 model...and made the deal/paperwork/etc. as easy and as pleasant as it could have been. I would recommend Hyundai as a brand to anyone...especially if they are looking for a Sonata (love the distinctive styling...a big part of our original decision to buy the first one!)...and would certainly send anyone who asked to see Steve at Faulkner. More

Jonathan answered our questions and invited us into the dealership. We were greeted by Jonathan and Howard upon arrival. I cannot say enough about Howard. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all of questions, came along on our test drive, etc. He was not at all pushy. Once we decided to purchase, we were greeted by Regina- who is just wonderful! Regina took so much of the often overwhelming feeling of applying for financing and worked with us every step of the way- putting our mind at ease and taking all of that stress away. Thank you also to Carlos who handled all of our closing paperwork so professionally. Howard then took us through every aspect of the features of our new car, even going so far as to sit in the vehicle with us and walk us through everything from the engine to the trunk. He was extremely thorough with all of our paperwork. What a wonderful group of people. Mr. Rocchi you should be so very proud of these employees. They are truly one of a kind. After purchasing several other vehicles in the past- I can truly say this was the best experience- I will be back for service and will spread the word.
