Faulkner is Fantastic! I was looking for a new car, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. John worked through my list of must haves and then my list of 'this would be nice' I was looking for a new car, but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. John also followed up with me to double check some features and the color of the car before I went in to finalize the sale. When I got to the dealership, John greeted me at the door. He not only made me feel welcome and comfortable he also extended his greeting to my family. They were offered beverages and made comfortable while John and I discussed the deal. He even encouraged them to join us on the test drive. John got me a great deal on my new car, he even stayed after regular operating hours in order to show me how to work all the features and options in my car! Two weeks after I had the car John called to check in and make sure I was happy with the car and to see if I had any questions. Dad's Birthday gift My father and I share the same birthday. It was a milestone for me turning 50 but at 87 all of my dad's birthdays are milestones. Well on this particu My father and I share the same birthday. It was a milestone for me turning 50 but at 87 all of my dad's birthdays are milestones. Well on this particular birthday my father decided that he would treat himself to a new car. Not a big deal but when you consider that my dad has not had a NEW car since the mid 90s it's kind of a big deal. I know Steve Seidner from social Media and around town and when my dad asked me where to go I told him to do see Steve..of course he did. As most 87 year olds do, my dad had a set price he wanted to pay and a set monthly payment he could afford. Being on a fixed income that's the way it had to be. Steve went to work and made it happen. My dad got the payment he wanted, the car he wanted and for the first time in almost 20 years my dad doesn't have to worry about a car breaking down. More importantly, I don't have to worry about pulling up to his apartment and finding him UNDER the car trying to fix it. My dad go a slick, new Hyundai Elantra and he could not be happier! He even went back a week later and Steve set up his phone, Bluetooth and showed him some other great features on the car...STEVE IS AWESOME! Thanks Steve for taking care of my dad and thanks Faulkner Hyundai for making it happen! My dad told me; "my goal is to have this paid off by the time I'm 90, I don't want a car payment after that"! That his hilarious, most 90 year olds are happy just being able to eat solid food! Steve was AWESOME! More
