I visited this dealer for a price on a new Hyundai. Their price was $2000 less than any other dealer I visited. I really enjoyed working with the salesperson Steve and was not pressured or ever felt uncomfor price was $2000 less than any other dealer I visited. They brought the car up to their location that evening. I drove the car and was offered a very fair deal. My trade in offer was also very fair. I bought the car and even though it was not the car I first got a price on was treated as nice as if I had bought new. Also the title lady was upfront and everything was explained about the deal in terms that were clear and exact. I was not pressured to purchase any thing I did not want. At no time did i feel i was in a high pressure sales situation, the whole team did a great job to accommodate me at every step in the process. The sales person that i dealt with through out my experience was Tyler Harbour. Tyler was very receptive, easy going, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was patient as i looked at a few options, and test drove a few cars, and he went to work to get me exactly what i wanted. At the end of my whole care buying journey he was hands down the easiest Sales professional to work with. I'd like to also say that Carlos did a great job of looking at all of the possibilities for getting me great financing and was straight forward about the whole process on his end. Rob, the New Car Sales manager and I reviewed the deal I was working on at one point, and he was also extremely direct and transparent like the rest of his team.
