So far so GOOD!This was my first time getting in to a brand new car and never leased.We dealt with Tyler and he is a Southern gentleman. He was very thorough in showing us the cars. Showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Very caring and understanding. Also dealt with Steve, also very nice. He was able to answer all questions we had about financing.He also knew I need a reliable car and was trying his best to get me in one. I have been to several dealerships before this one and didn’t have great experiences.I aways felt the sales people were always trying to get over on me.But not this place.I instantly felt as ease with these guys. I would defiantly go back to this place and deal with them. I will make another review at the end of my lease to see if the professionalism continues throughout the lease. Which im sure it will.Thanks Faulker! More

I'd recommend this dealership for several reasons. First, the staff (and that includes everyone I interacted with) were friendly and helpful. Not once during the entire shopping and purchase experien First, the staff (and that includes everyone I interacted with) were friendly and helpful. Not once during the entire shopping and purchase experience did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. To the contrary, the staff listened to me and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Second, the location is ideal given where I live. Third, the cost of the vehicle was very competitive with the prices shown on Kelly Blue Book and truecar. Finally, the sales representative, Steve Folbaum, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the full features of the vehicle, especially the techie aspects. In sum, I would encourage potential car buyers who are interested in a Hyundai to make a trip to Faulkner Hyundai after visiting other Hyundai dealers. I believe it will be worth your effort. More

Todd McNinney is one of the service managers. He has worked on my car for over a year and is always extremely helpful and fair. I now have my family taking all of their cars to Faulkner for service as worked on my car for over a year and is always extremely helpful and fair. I now have my family taking all of their cars to Faulkner for service as well. Steven Folbaum just sold me a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. He was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him. I told him what my budget was and he did everything he could to make sure that we stayed within it. More

Wow! The buying experience at Faulkner was amazing. From the first telephone call to walking into the showroom when we were greeted by Billy Mullen. We did our research and went to Faulkner looking to trade in a 2005 Tuscon and a 2008 Tiburon. Steven Folbaum was the sales associate who helped us. He was knowledgeable about his product, very professiona in a 2005 Tuscon and a 2008 Tiburon. Steven Folbaum was the sales associate who helped us. He was knowledgeable about his product, very professional yet friendly and not pushy or overbearing. We knew what we should expect for our 2 trades as well as a good, better, best price on the 2 new vehicles we were looking to purchase. The prices given to us were spot on! No need to negoatiate, haggle, all that ugly car buying stuff. The trade in values were exactly where they should have been and the prices for the new ones were in the "BEST" category. When it came time to finishing the deal, Joe Bauerle was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services he sells. He clearly outlined the available extended warranties and fully explained everything. We wish we could give Faulkner/Steven/Joe a score higher than 5. They provided exceptional service and reasonable & fair prices and we drove off the lot with not 1 but 2 new vehicles...very satisfied customers. More

I was at more than 5 dealers and in Faulkner I was surprised about the a very friendly and professional handling. I never thought that buying a car would that great experience. A seller who has positive surprised me. He is very natural but also very helpful. I talked with some dealers while searching for our new car and I must say that Billy Mullen was the best from all of them. He was not so annoying like most of the others. When I come there I didn't feel any pressure while talking with him, that I noticed when I was searching for a car by other dealers. I recommended Faulkner already to my friends that are searching for a car and also said that they have to talk with Billy Mullen directly in order to get the car they are searching for.
