When I drove down to the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle, no games were played and Billy was very courteous, friendly, and stuck to his word every step of the way. Then, I went to work on the backend of the deal with Kendell Bowers in the finance office and was equally impressed by how I was treated there. Kendell was friendly, very transparent, and focused on helping people make smart decisions for themselves versus trying to cram products down your throat.
